The Lompoc Valley Distance Club publishes a newsletter to provide information on upcoming events in Lompoc sponsored by our Club and also other running/walking events in the tri-county area. We also publish results for events that club members have participated in. You will find articles that are of benefit to those active in running which help in your workouts and safety.
